Event Description:

These tours a either a full or 3/4 day immersive tour of 2 or 3 vineyards in the Northern Chilterns, with a guide. The price for a visit to 2 vineyards is £95 and for a full day of 3 vineyards is £115.

You will get to meet their owners, hear their story and sample their wine. The day includes lunch and transport with an opportunity to purchase wines at the vineyards visited.

Get picked up from nearby to Amersham station at 9.30am or 11:30am (depending on the date) for a fully inclusive wine tour.

The vineyards visited will be a combination of Daws Hill Vineyard, Woodfine Wine and Dropmore Vineyard. Return to the pickup point nearby to Amersham Station by 4pm.

The all-inclusive tour includes:

Tour guide

All transportation

Visiting 2/3 vineyards and meeting the owners (travel time is no more than 35 mins between vineyards)

Tasting at all 2/3 vineyards with nibbles included

A full vineyard tour at one of the vineyards – where they process natural wine and learn about their practical ways of avoiding harmful additives (natural pesticides/chickens/bees as pollinators)

Full lunch – selection of 16 meal options incl vegan, vegetarian and any intolerances

Pickup locations will be emailed to you a few weeks prior to the event – please make sure that our email address is marked as ‘safe’ and you have provided your phone number.

Please note that there is a minimum number required for this tour and Chiltern Safaris reserves the right to move your booking to another suitable day, should the minimum requirement not be met.

Due to the boutique nature of the vineyards visited, there is always a small chance that the itinerary change may be required. If this is the case, you will be notified promptly.
