Event Description:

AuDacity is a community education and coaching space focused on neurodivergent adults and young people, including those who are Autistic and ADHD. Founded by HR Director and neurodiversity consultant Lauren Fletcher, AuDacity offers group sessions, workshops and training designed to translate lived experience and neuroscience into practical, everyday strategies for every domain.

Sessions are grounded in evidence based approaches and aim to move beyond awareness towards meaningful understanding, self advocacy and sustainable change.
