Event Description:

A whopping 60 tonnes of sand will transform Vale Park into a Buckinghamshire seaside on Sunday 6 July, offering an unforgettable day of activities and entertainment for everyone!

Entertainment and performances

Witness the cheeky Giant Seagull duo causing havoc in the park and marvel at the amazing magician! Plus, visit the Zoomania team at the free face-painting tent.

Experience the innovative storytelling of Queen’s Park Art Centre’s Unbound Theatre as they present ‘The Sinister Seaside’ and laugh along with Professor Diamond’s Punch and Judy shows. Plus, don’t miss Flotsam and Jetsam’s Voyage to the Trash Vortex – they’ll be setting sail on the Great Polymer Poseidon and sharing valuable lessons on the importance of cherishing our planet – with a pirate-y twist!

Performance schedule

Unbound Theatre’s ‘The Sinister Seaside’ – 11:30am, 1:15pm, 3:00pm (BSL) Punch & Judy – 12:00pm, 1:45pm (BSL), 3:30pm Flotsam & Jetsam – 12:30pm (BSL), 2:15pm Games, activities and rides

Look forward to a thrilling Game Zone featuring a super soaker arena (weather permitting), limbo, volleyball, and mini golf.

Hop aboard the land train, show off your skills at the circus and bubble workshops, ride the teacups and chair-o-planes, take part in prize bingo, and explore a fantastic variety of games, arts and crafts!

Quiet and Gentle zones

The Quiet Zone is a space for those wanting some time away from the hustle and bustle of the event. Hosted by the incredible Hand Talking, this space has games, toys and activities for visitors with additional needs or those just requiring some time away from the main event. A Gentle Area with small sandpits for under 5s or those needing a quieter play area will also be available.
