Event Description:
Join artist Jane Peacock of Fractured Land Collective for an afternoon of drawing at Wycombe Museum. Inspired by the exhibition Truth or Folly, you will experiment with a range of media and techniques as we explore the beautiful grounds of Wycombe Museum, and uncover some of the mysterious stories hidden around the site.
From taking rubbings to drawing with ink, pen, charcoal and oil pastels, this is a fun and creative session suitable for everyone from complete beginners to those with lots of experience. We will provide all materials although of course you can bring your sketchbooks etc if you wish. We will be based in the Learning Room but you will have the opportunity to draw in the museum itself as well as the grounds if weather permits (you may wish to bring a camping chair and drawing board although we will have clipboards if needed).
Tickets £5 per person. Pre-booking essential.
For adults and children aged 14+. Suitable for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to experienced artists.
