Join us at The Wine Place in Old Amersham for an evening of open-fire cooking and carefully selected wines.
We’ll be serving slow spit-roasted pork belly, basted with fresh lemon and sea salt as it turns over the fire for hours. Served in a freshly baked ciabatta roll with stuffing, homemade apple sauce, and sweet mustard sauce, it’s comfort food elevated by time, fire, and a little love.
Your ticket includes:
A glass of bubbles on arrival
Slow spit-roasted pork belly ciabatta
Two glasses of specially selected wine to accompany the dish (red or white)
Fire & Wine is our new series of relaxed food and wine evenings, bringing together great wines and dishes cooked over live fire.
