Event Description:
Amersham Museum presents this fascinating walk, led by a guide, around old Amersham. Discover the historic buildings and the interesting stories of the people who lived in and shaped the town in the past.
Early history of Amersham Local patronage and its influence Parish church and its rectors Brewery and the maltings Town Mill and the Charter Fair 17th century & Victorian almshouses 1½ to 2 hours.
We strongly recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your place on our walks. While we will do our best to accommodate people on the day, places are subject to availability.
If you would like to visit the museum on the same day as your walk, this is possible from 12noon before the walk starts, but there is not time after the walk finishes.
