Event Description:

Join Della Fitzgerald (Marlow Museum) and Simon Lenton (Marlow Jazz Club) as they explore the life and influence of Marlow’s Mr Jazz Michael Eagleton.

The focus of the Museum’s Mr Jazz exhibition, Michael Eagleton was a well known and much loved resident of Marlow. A founder member of the Jazz Club and Marlow FM as well as Chairman of Marlow Football Club in the 90s and regular contributor to the nostalgia pages of the Bucks Free Press. As true supporter of community life in Marlow, this talk will take a snapshot of Michael’s and give insight into contemporary culture in Marlow.
