Event Description:

Join us this Summer for our exciting HAF programme.

Children will engage with different activities based on their age.

Ages 4/5 to 8 (reception to year 2):
Whilst the children are not quite old enough to head out on the river, they will enjoy days full of outside adventure. We tailor the program each day dependent on who is booked on and the weather, but days include activities such as: Bushcraft, Fire-lighting, Shelter-building, Water Orbs, Aeroball, Mini-Beast Hunting, Found art, and so much more. The aim is to get them very muddy!

Ages 8 to 12:
There is at least one water activity included (for example Rafting, Kayaking, or Bell Boating), one roped activity (for example Climbing, Jacobs Ladder, Crate Stacking, or Giant Swing), and one land activity (for example Laser Tag).
On the breaks in between activities they will help prepare a healthy snack, and we have pastoral cover to talk to them during their breaks about anything they want. Over Easter 2025 they all learned a song from one of our Australian instructors.

Ages 12 to 16:
Activities will be similar to those offered in the 8 to 12 age group, but tailored to a slightly older age group. for example,
they will do Stand Up Paddleboarding as their water activity as well as more advanced food preparation.

Activity days will run Monday to Friday from Monday 27 July to Friday 28 August.

Sessions are also available for individuals not eligible for HAF at £55 per person per day.

We have been awarded funding from Buckinghamshire Council to deliver sessions for the Holiday Activities and Food Programme.

If you are eligible, you will receive an email or text message from holidayactivities.com closer to the Summer holidays.
This message will contain a HAF voucher that you can redeem to book funded activities for your child using the booking system.

Additionally, a free, healthy, meal will be provided as part of this provision.
