Test your strength, focus, and endurance in the 30-Minute Half Marathon Mace Event!

Keep that mace moving, stay in control, and push through to the final second.

Events Include

🔸 2 Handed 360° Swing, Precision, rhythm, and flow.

🔸 1 Handed 300 Swing, Power, control, and endurance.

Scoring:

🏁 Final Score = Mace Weight × Reps

✅ Stay within your platform

✅ Keep continuous movement

✅ Maintain proper form elbows high, hands behind the neck
