“Hi, I’m Christian Wade and as a two sport international athlete, I understand the importance of making the most out of what could be your one opportunity.
I have always believed in being prepared and for years I have surrounded myself with specialist physiotherapists, expert coaches and professional mentors to ensure that I maintain the elite physiological conditioning and the resilient mindstate required for an athlete to compete at the highest level.
