Event Description:
Vache Baroque Singers will present a thoughtful, fun, and celebratory journey of a cappella Advent and Christmas music, with pieces stretching back over eight centuries.
The programme will include chant, motets, chorales, spirituals, close harmony, jazz arrangements, and festive pop. With each of the four singers enjoying careers both as soloists and members of the UK’s top professional choirs, the limelight will be shared around equally, and might at times even shine on the audience for a bit of group participation (or not, no pressure!).
Equal parts reflective and merry, it promises to be a lovely way to ease yourself into the season.
