Every Saturday at 10.30am starting at The Olney Centre
We plan to start a Walk and Talk group.
Why – it is widely recognised that walking, particularly in the open countryside, and talking are both good for everyone’s mental health, we are not professional therapists but if you want to join us for a stroll and a chat, please do.
When - every Saturday morning at 10.30am
Where - start and finish at The Olney Centre with a cuppa on return
What to expect – a gentle stroll and good company, we will not be marching, and it isn’t a race
Volunteers needed – it is recommended that 2 volunteers each week help to guide and encourage participants, would you be free to help?If so, please contact [email protected]
