100 on the Hill
What Is 100 on the Hill?
This is a call to gather.
On the morning of the Winter Solstice, we’re inviting 100 people to meet on Ivinghoe Beacon — to breathe, to move, and to reconnect with what it means to feel alive.
We’ve become disconnected. From our bodies. From nature. From each other. 100 on the Hill is about changing that — about coming together to share a simple, powerful experience: using movement and breath to create calm, focus, and energy as the sun rises.
When people breathe and move with intention, something shifts. The body resets, the mind clears, and we reconnect with a strength that modern life often hides. When 100 people do it together, that energy becomes something bigger — something you can feel.
Meet the Hosts
Chris Wimshurst — Bearwolf Coaching
Chris is the founder of Bearwolf Coaching, a movement built around the idea that we are at our best when we reconnect with our natural state — through breath, movement, and mindset.
As a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Coach and long-time student of exercise, physiology, and breathwork, Chris helps people bridge the gap between thought and action. His work combines functional breath training, body awareness, and natural movement to help individuals build strength — both mental and physical — from the inside out.
Chris’s philosophy is simple: when you move the body, you move the mind. When you breathe with purpose, you find clarity. And when you gather in nature, you remember who you are.
James O’Keefe — Unguarded Warrior
James is the founder of Unguarded Warrior, a men’s breathwork and resilience community focused on real connection and self-awareness.
As a certified Oxygen Advantage® Instructor and Breathwork Coach, James brings practical tools to help people regulate stress, improve performance, and feel grounded in their bodies. His sessions combine breath, presence, and discipline — helping people find calm through controlled challenge.
James’s approach is raw, honest, and human. He believes strength doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from showing up — breathing, moving, and connecting without masks or armour.
At 100 on the Hill, James will guide the group through functional breathing and movement designed to balance the nervous system, awaken energy, and prepare for the rising sun.
Why It Matters
We spend too much time indoors, disconnected from our own potential.
This is your reminder to step outside, to move, to breathe, and to be part of something real.
100 on the Hill isn’t a class or a performance — it’s an act of reconnection.
It’s a moment to stand together, to breathe together, and to remember that strength is built in simplicity.
So, bring a warm jacket, good shoes, and a willingness to show up.
Be part of the 100.
