Event Description:

With Janet Edmonds

We will make simple linear marks on paper and explore methods of arranging them into patterns before interpreting the marks using creative hand stitch. Suitable for all levels.

It is recommended you bring coloured crayons or pencils and some A4 paper or a sketch book as well as a simple sewing kit including scissors, a range of needles plus a small piece of cotton fabric (coloured or plain). You might find an embroidery hoop useful, but this is not required. There will be a lunch break in the middle of the session in the QPAC coffee bar. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase but you may also want to bring your own lunch with you.
