Event Description:

Parkrun is a fantastic way to stay active, connect with your community, and enjoy the great outdoors. It’s a free, weekly, timed 5km run that welcomes participants of all abilities, whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting out. The atmosphere is friendly and inclusive, making it a great way to make new friends while improving your fitness. You can set your own pace, challenge yourself, or simply enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes from being part of a supportive event. Plus, with so many locations, it’s easy to find a Parkrun near you.
