Event Description:

This is a Pretty Deadly Self Defense Level 1 course, teaching you about foundational self defense, tools and techniques, we talk about your biological self defense system, balance, voice and more… We even do a bit of dancing! Certified Trainer Jennifer will guide you through the course and build on your current strengths and experiences. Jennifer is also a martial artist and fitness instructor. The course is over 5-weeks, with three weeks on, then a break, and finally another two weeks. It is for women only, 18+.

Come learn self defense in a fun and friendly way, surrounded by supportive women.

Course Schedule: Wednesdays 5th, 12th, 19th November (one week break) 3rd, 10th December
