Event Description:

Active In The Community are running a Chair Based Exercise Class. Using chairs and other props for support, this fun exercise class will help improve flexibility, balance and strength, while you make new friends. All levels of fitness welcome, just bring yourself and an open mind.

Sessions last for 45 minutes, with an opportunity for a cup of tea or coffee at the end.

Sessions run every week on Wednesdays at Health On The Highstreet, Unit 33 in Friars Square Shopping Centre, Aylesbury, HP20 2QF from 2:30pm to 3:30pm.

Classes cost £3 per session, please pay for your session in cash when you arrive, and contact us ahead of your first session to ensure your space.
