We are delighted to announce that Summertime Swing is back by popular demand! Following its previous sell-out success, this much-loved event returns to the idyllic village of The Lee for another unforgettable afternoon of music.
The sensational Stellar Big Band will once again take centre stage with their spectacular 16-piece orchestra, performing a wonderful mix of classic big band favourites and timeless dance tunes. Whether you take to the dance floor for jive, lindy hop or ballroom, or to simply sit back, relax and soak up the music in the beautiful surroundings, it promises to be a perfect summer afternoon.
Guests are warmly invited to arrive early and make an afternoon of it. Bring along a picnic and your favourite drinks and enjoy the beautiful grounds with friends and family before the music begins, or dine while the band plays for the perfect summer setting.
In addition, Simon Selmon from Swingdanceuk.com will be teaching a swing dance class from 2.30pm to 3.00pm, followed by a second shorter, fun class before the band begins their second set. To take advantage of this fantastic opportunity, please arrive at 2.15pm for a prompt 2.30pm start. No experience is necessary, and no partner is required.
