Event Description:
Lovely opportunity to experience yoga and a sound bath in the lovely surroundings of our beautiful Memorial Gardens with its wildflowers, peace and calm.
Hosted by Kate Kirrane and Andrew Jackson, everyone is welcome to join us and no experience is necessary.
Bring a mat if you have one, water and perhaps something warm, like a blanket, for the relaxation at the end.
