Event Description:
Join David Lane, local railway historian, for an illustrated talk on the complex history of the eight or is it nine railway stations that have served Aylesbury! Using maps, photographs, and drawings, David Lane has researched and brought together from primary sources how the railways evolved in Aylesbury from the original branch lines to a main line then decline and closures in the 1960s.
The talk takes place at the Quaker Meeting Hall, Aylesbury.
Entrance costs £2, payable on the door.
