Step into the lively world of Tudor England at Tudor Merriment, a colourful and family-friendly living history event at Chiltern Open Air Museum.
Enjoy a day filled with Tudor music, dance and traditional entertainment as costumed performers bring the sights and sounds of the 16th century to life. Watch skilled craftspeople demonstrate period techniques, discover how people lived, worked and celebrated, and take part in games and activities enjoyed by Tudors of all ages.
Meet characters from across Tudor society, from townsfolk and craftspeople to soldiers and entertainers, and explore how everyday life unfolded during one of England’s most fascinating periods.
