Event Description:
Explore your creativity and learn to draw and paint beautiful botanicals in a relaxed, inspiring and thoroughly enjoyable way. A self taught fine artist Gail knows just how to make the art of watercolour accessible to everyone regardless of experience. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, learn with like minds and create something beautiful. Gail is passionate about nature and likes to work with the seasons so we will be painting a flower or plant according to the time of year.
We begin the workshop with a quick sketch warm up of the flower/plant before drawing out our final piece ready to paint. After a small break of homemade cake and refreshments, Gail will then guide you through her process of painting the botanical in watercolour. At the end of the session you will take home your sketches and final watercolour painting.
