Join us for an extraordinary adventure into the enchanting world of bees! Led by award-winning food writer, gardener and beekeeper Amy Newsome, this Woodland Beekeeping Experience promises to be an unforgettable day.

Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of a 400 year old private woodland as Amy shares her passion for these remarkable creatures. Over tea & cake, you’ll begin the day learning about their fascinating behaviour, the importance of pollinator friendly gardening, and the art of beekeeping.

Next you’ll have the opportunity to don a beekeeping suit and get up close and personal with the hives. Amy will guide you through the process, revealing the secrets of how honey is made and the delicate balance of a thriving bee colony.

The experience comes to a close with the grand finale, an intimate sit down lunch hosted by Amy under the ancient beech wood canopy. Featuring dishes from her award-winning book ‘Honey - Recipes from a Beekeeper’s Kitchen’, you will be treated to a seasonal feast for the senses aswell as refreshments throughout the day and a honey tasting session.
