Our Mission Originally formed as part of Tring Music Partnership, our mission is simple: to promote live music and celebrate the rich culture of jazz in the Tring area. We believe that live music fosters connections, ignites joy and builds community.

Our Sound Featuring a dynamic ensemble of keyboards, saxophone, vocals, drums and double bass, we dive deep into the timeless jazz songbook. Our performances blend beloved classics with contemporary interpretations that will get your feet tapping in no time

Why We’re Named After Zebras Our name pays homage to the famous Zebras in the Walter Rothschild Museum in Tring. Walter Rothschild was known for riding his Zebras up and down the High Street, and the Rothschild family has a rich history of supporting the arts – most notably Nica Rothschild, the Jazz Baroness.

What We do? In October 2024, we launched the Tring Jazz Jam at the King’s Arms Pub, providing a platform to promote live music and encourage local jazz talent. We also perform at community events throughout the town as part of Tring Music Partnership, including the Tring Carnival and the Christmas Festival. Our singer Vicki also presents a jazz radio show on Trend Radio called Jazz Buzz.
