Big Names, Big Laughs and Brilliant Music at Chesham Fringe 2026

2026-02-13T19:15:32Z

The secret’s out — Chesham Fringe Festival 2026 has announced its headline acts, and
they’re guaranteed to get Chesham buzzing all late May Bank Holiday weekend!

Your Chesham Fringe 2026 Headliners

🎶 Stereo MCs

‘Get Connected’ with these 90s iconic pioneers of UK hip-hop and electronic soul, bringing
their unmistakable groove, global hits and festival-ready energy to Chesham.

🎤 Adam Kay

BAFTA-winning comedian, author and former junior doctor, known for razor-sharp wit,
hilarious storytelling and deeply human observations on life and the NHS. His first book, This
is Going to Hurt, spent over a year at number one in the Sunday Times bestseller list, was
translated into 37 languages, won numerous awards, and sold over three million copies.

😂 Henning Wehn

Taking time out of his busy tour “Acid Wehn”, Henning will be in Chesham to put on a night
of fantastic comedy with some of his favourite comedy friends. Germany’s favourite
comedian is often seen on TV with his brilliantly dry humour, cultural commentary and one-
liners delivered with trademark deadpan charm.

In addition to our headliners, take a look and use the website filters to view over 60 more
acts now on sale. Here’s a sample of what’s on offer so far:

Ultimate Green Day and The Ed Sheeran Experience are two of the best tributes on the
circuit and will be smashing out the hits at Chesham Youth Centre.

There’s a lot of rockin’ going on with a fantastic three band bill of emerging talent featuring
Kerrang! favourites, Matted, a new and exciting alt-heavy band, supported by young local
talent, Clear Air Turbulence and two-piece Midlands rockers, We Three Kings.

Kimosabe, return with more dub reggae beats following a lively performance at the Fringe in

  1. Brass Beats Collective, are also back at the Red Lion & Drawingroom with their

‘different sort of heavy metal’!

Brand new, one-man, musical comedy with some toe-tapping jazzy tunes, Love in Slough,
will take you with Jack on a journey of self-discovery at Chesham Library.

Offgridland, playing at The Little Theatre by the Park, is the true story of a man trying to
switch off from the perils of technology and people. It’s a frantic, claustrophobic comedy play, told in real time by multi-award-winning writer/performer, Paul Richards.

Local group, the Panda Players are back for another year performing songs from well-known
films and musicals (visit the website for the story behind their name!)

If you like dance, Euphoria is a piece performed by Isabelle Russell-Fibuch inspired by the
physicalisation of a woman’s suffering and her desperate collapse into an unrelenting dance.

Flamenco Fiesta is coming to Chesham Fringe! All ages are welcome to come along and
experience the raw emotion and intricate flamenco rhythms or you can even dress up and
have a go!

Dee Riley, close-up cabaret magician, returns with his sell out stage show ‘Magic &
Moments’ giving a glimpse of all his favourite stage magic routines he has developed over
the years.

How Curious! is an exciting, fun and immersive science show for all ages with lots of
demonstrations and experiments to keep you entertained.

After a sell-out run at last year’s Edinburgh Fringe, award-winning comedian and children’s
author, Olaf Falafel is back with an hour of fabulous, family-friendly fun.

In our comedy line-up we have some big names such as Sophie Duker, Marcel Lucont and
Ninia Benjamin. You’ll find them performing at Chesham United Football Club, Chesham
Cricket Club and in our intimate space upstairs at The George & Dragon. Jonny Pelham, Josh
** Weller** and Steve Bugeja will also be performing there with some work in progress. Plus we
have a new venue for 2026, upstairs at The Queens Head.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be announcing even more artists, family shows, theatre and
cabaret acts, plus some more returning Fringe favourites and emerging talent. See you at
the Fringe!
