Back for its second year, the sparkling wine festival will once again transform Liston Court Gardens into a laid-back Italian-inspired celebration dedicated to one thing done very, very well: proper Prosecco.

Created by local entrepreneur Kristyna Weston, founder of Fizzy Happiness, the festival is all about showcasing the world of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG — the premium, small-production Prosecco from northern Italy that wine lovers are becoming increasingly obsessed with.

“What many people don’t realise is that not all Prosecco is the same,” says Weston. “Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is a protected wine region with incredible producers making wines with real character, complexity and craftsmanship.”

The event is organised by Fizzy Happiness, founded by local entrepreneur Kristyna Weston, who has become well known for championing premium Italian wines in Buckinghamshire.

She’s also the owner of La Dolce Bolla in Marlow — the award-winning wine bar named Best Bar in Buckinghamshire by Muddy Stilettos — as well as UNDICI: Books & Bubbles in Old Amersham, a beautifully curated blend of books, wine and relaxed Italian-inspired hospitality.

Marlow’s Food & Drink Scene Keeps Getting Better

Fizzy Fest feels like another sign that Marlow’s independent food and drink scene is thriving.
